Public bug reported:
The package is missing the file /usr/include/nvector_serial.h. Without
this file, it's not possible to compile against this library.
I note that the problem has been fixed in the new Feisty package.
It would be really great if the new SUNDIALS 2.3.0 could be packaged --
there have been many API changes that make backporting to this old
version a bit tedious.
