Bad size of background image when resolution changes
To manage notifications
Another strange behaviour with the Desktop Settings: changing the
background image is immediatly taken into account, but this is not true
for the background color around the image (it needs the same
manipulation as given previously: changing twice the image
justification).

I just realizes something strange: when I start the Desktop Settings,
the first clic in the dialog box has wrong coordinates (they seem to be
the mouse position in the older resolution), but the second clic is at
the right place... It might be connected to the bug.

I confirm this bug, as it happens on both my DELL Latitude laptop (a E6430s
with an Intel GC integrated to the mother board, and a E6500 with a Nvidia GC).
