When you open a program the behavior of the launcher icon is changed to
maximize the window if it's minimized or to spread the windows if there is
multiple windows open.
If you right click and select "new window" a new window is opened instead of
opening the profile manager.

add the appropriate arguments so each time the launcher was clicked I
would get the Firefox Profile Manager and I could start a new instance
of Firefox with a different profile.
