Many people who dual-boot Ubuntu and Windows, say that if you download and install the drivers from the DELL website, in Windows, bluetooth starts working in Ubuntu, as well. Obviously, the Windows drivers enable the bluetooth from BIOS, so, Ubuntu can recognize the onboard bluetooth. I think the
