Ranall see this but report I also filed https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/154577 In there is also a link to the serial monkey forums which says it only happens when you use WPA/AES. Try WEP only on your setup and see if it works, so that we can conclude it's really the WPA/AES/TKIP thats
