Ahh hmm, I see the issue, it seems that libgl1-mesa-glx is both a real package and a Provides of the libgl1-mesa-glx-lts-quantal package. I'm not sure what the proper solution for wine is here, the problem is apt will prefer the real libgl1-mesa-glx package before installing the -lts packages
