In the 'preferences' menu of Lubuntu most applications are listed
according to what they do ('power manager' , 'monitor settings'), not
according to the name of the package. This is the preferred way, used by
all major operative systems.

Listing an app by its name (in this case, 'Lxkeymap') does not help the
user unless he already knows what the app does. A beginner would not
guess that this is the menu point for switching between languages.

I suggest changing the title to 'Keyboard language' or similar.
