Colombia is already implementing 4G LTE (UNE) technology, and Virgin
Mobile, so it is necessary to add new mobile operator with its
respective configuration and Virgin Mobile is a new mobile provider.

It affects all versions of Ubuntu

Further Currently in Colombia, the entity "Comcel" provider of mobile
Internet services has changed its name to "Claro," I finished reviewing
the list of mobile Internet ISP for Colombia, and yet still see the old
operator.

What is required is to change "Comcel" for "Claro", more info>
