Public bug reported:

The libcegui library contains a plugin for the ogre 3D engine. Currently
this builds against whatever version of ogre is provided by the
'libogre-dev' package (current 17, but see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ogre/+bug/1128632). However,
Ogre 1.7 is very old now, and it'd be nice if this plugin could be built
against 1.8.

I have verified that changing the build-depends from 'libogre-dev' to
'libogre1.8-dev' and rebuilding the package locally works as expected.

Cheers,
