Public bug reported:
I had misconfigured the mirror-dstdomain.acl. But when I did sudo
service squid-deb-proxy start, it showed no error. Nor they were left in
the /var/log/squid-deb-proxy files.
When I started the proxy with:
$ /usr/sbin/squid3 -N -f /etc/squid-deb-proxy/squid-deb-proxy.conf
2013/02/20 10:04:38| ERROR: 'ppa.launchpad.net' is a subdomain of
'ppa.launchpad.net'
2013/02/20 10:04:38| ERROR: because of this 'ppa.launchpad.net' is ignored to
keep splay tree searching predictable
