This bug has nothing to do with it being disabled by default. As I said
before, the output falsely reports that there is no new release
available. It says nothing about whether or not it is lts or normal.

This is invalid, it is disabled by default to show the upgrades to a non lts.
To upgrade from a lts to a stable version of Ubuntu.
