Is it only parcellite software icon that disappear, or some other
applications ?
I have a bug in precise, where all classic tray icons (gnome2-like)
disappear frequently from unity panel. The only way to restore them is
restarting compiz by running compiz --replace in alt-F2 prompt.

In Ubuntu 13.04, is never shows up period. I've been having to using clipit
instead of parcillite and clipit has bugs of its own:
