Public bug reported: When I try to play an .ogv file, I get the following error:
Gstreamer backend error Configured videosink video is not working. I'm on Xubuntu 13.04 and Parole 0.5.0 and I have all the extra codecs as well as xubuntu-restricted-extras installed.
