Public bug reported:

The traditional "Static Application Switcher" funtionality of Alt+Tab is
no longer available in raring. The new (now default) switcher style does
not handle the case of many similar windows gracefully. The upgrade is
also not handled gracefully; a user who used the Static Application
Switcher previously will have no Alt+Tab or Alt+Shift+Tab functionality
after upgrade.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start four or more Terminal windows
2. Try to Alt+Tab between them without getting confused as to which is which
