I'm not sure this is a Firefox only bug. I tested this issue in Epiphany as
well and the same thing happens.
Also wanted to point out that this is currently effecting 8.04.4, 9.04, and
10.04 beta 1 live CDs.

I am still facing this issue while embedding flash with
param name=WMode value=Transparent/
I am on
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102
Firefox/3.5.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Can some one give an update on this issue?

This is still valid upstream, why did I received notification of a
status change to invalid?
I'll test this again with 8.10 in a couple of weeks.

ok, moved to ffox 3. ffox 2 wont see a fix for this thats for sure.
OK, also saw that the upstream bug was a dupe. will fix the link here.
