But on Kernel 3.8.0.19 I can connect, but after 1-2 Minutes, no more data is

Would it be possible for you to disable 11n to see if it works around this
issue? It can be disable by setting:
options iwlwifi 11n_disable=1
in
/etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf
