In 13.04, when trying to play any midi in the default payer, Rythumbox, or 
Banshee, the playing fails. In two of the players I get the error message:
Invalid Commandline
The parameters passed to the application had an invalid format. Please file a 
bug!

The parameters were:
-transient-for=85983243
gstreamer|1.0|totem|audio/midi decoder|decoder-audio/midi

I see the report says it is an alpha release. I installed 13.04 from the
Beta 2 Ubuntu download.
