Public bug reported:
Installed fresh Ubuntu 13.04. Installed it from official final .iso
released on 25th April. There is no Gwibber, since friends should manage
the social accounts. Friends package is installed (see printscreen). In
Online Accounts I added Twitter but its says "There are currently no
applications installed which integrate with your Twitter account".
