I issued sudo apport-collect 1173843 then firefox is opened and a
popup windows says it is gathering system informations.
Then the system crashed see attached photo
What can I do to gater informations?

Kubuntu 13.04 power off doesn't work

Strange behaviour: now it works.
The only thing I've changed is that I configured shorewall firewall that
before was installed but not configured.
Still some errors are showed in dmesg
