Fabio is correct and apport only creates bug reports on Launchpad for
the development release of Ubuntu, however crash reports are sent to
errors.ubuntu.com when you choose to.

Yes, but the problem here is that I couldn't choose to.
Usually there is a checkbox send an error report to help fix this problem,
but it was missing in this case.
