I am having a similar problem. I respawned in a wall and then I could
travel through the wall without losing a life. I attach a screenshot of
the worm passing through the walls

No, the issue I noted is that on those levels, once you die, the human
players worm starts in the initial location, but heading in a different
direction then it did at the level start. This different direction results
in the worm heading towards a wall very quickly, usually quickly enough that

By re-spawn I mean, that when your worm dies, on those levels it brings you
back to the starting location but heading in a direction such that the worm
almost immediately hits a wall and dies again. On level 16 this issue is
faster then on others. If you kill your worm on purpose, watch it
