I'm sorry, I have removed ~/.bashrc.
After restoring it with 'cp /etc/skel/.bashrc ~/.bashrc' all bash-completion
options work normally.

I tested it more accurate on Ubuntu 14.04.
1. If I'm on VT1 (Ctrl+Alt+F1) bash-completion works as expected - it normally
complete:
* apt-get , with
autoclean' check ... (and all other variants)
* apt-cache , with
add dump ... (and all other variants)
* aptitude , with
Bash-completion is broken in 14.04 too.
I am unable to do a on apt-cache policy command.
