I have dual monitor the first monitor is 1600x1200 which has no problem.
My second monitor 1680x1050 has horizontal sync problem . The right
side of the xterm appear on the left on the screen
I just notice if I switch to text mode (ctrl-alt-F1) and back with
ctrl-alt-F7, the problem go away too
