To resolve issue You need install it manually with force-overwrite
option.
sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite
/var/cache/apt/archives/libwayland-client0_1.2.0-0ubuntu1~13.04~ricotz0_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite
/var/cache/apt/archives/libwayland-cursor0_1.2.0-0ubuntu1~13.04~ricotz0_amd64
