I've just noticed that somebody or something (Bug Reporting System?
Launchpad?) had added UnreportableReason: This is not a genuine Ubuntu
package. Does this mean that my version of Synaptic is not the real one
that I should have?
Should I be worried about security? If my package manager is not
On a more positive note, Synaptic and Update manager have started
working again, without any change on my part, or explanation from the
