Public bug reported: As a follow up to bug 1175724 to enable translations for the UI Toolkit in Launchpad, we now need these translations (which land automatically in the po/ folder) to be built and shipped in the package, so that they are actually used.
Essentially, the toolkit package needs to do this work.
