Libsodium is fully packaged in my PPA and I can install it on Precise. In fact I'm running dnscrypt from my PPA myself on Precise and a friend of mine also does, so we cannot reproduce the bug. Could you provide the full error logs? FYI, libsodium4 is a binary package while the PPA displays only
