[HP Pavilion 15 Sleekbook]
I started a kernel bisect between v3.6final and v3.7-rc1. The kernel
bisect will require testing of about 13 test kernels.
I built the first test kernel, up to the following commit:
24d7b40a60cf19008334bcbcbd98da374d4d9c64
The test kernel can be downloaded from:
v3.14-rc6 does not have this bug. (the wireless hotkey works) on CID
201208-11466
And yes, v3.6 final does not have the bug but v3.7-rc1 does.

So just to confirm, v3.6 final does not have the bug, but v3.7-rc1 does?
If that is the case, we can bisect between those two versions.
Also, can you give the v3.14-rc6 kernel a test if you have a chance:

Thanks for testing. We next need to identify the first 3.7 release
candidate that introduced the bug.
Can you test the following kernels and report back? We are looking for the
earliest kernel version that exhibits this bug:
v3.7-rc4:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.11-saucy/ failed
(tested on CID 201208-11466 with 12.04.3 and 13.04)
