Looks to me like indicator-datetime crashed and didn't get restarted
automatically.
This is fixed by the changes Ted made in bug #1185565

To manage
To reproduce this, turn on your phone but don't swipe away the home
screen. Wait 5 mins. When you turn on your phone again, the old time is
still shown (aka, time from 5 mins ago)
