As you see, it still not work even in 13.10 :) But I have loaded 13.04 from USB-drive and disabling/enabling touchpad worked :) I remembered that after 13.04 Installation disabling touchpad Fn + F9 worked properly. So, I think it is not linux-kernel bug. What about Wi-Fi toggling and LED indicato
