Public bug reported:

I inadvertently changed my drive order, and was completely unable to
load my previously constructed flashcache device; it misleadingly
reported a size inconsistency (presumably due to seeing an unexpected
partition size and/or type on /dev/sdb1).  Reverting the drives to the
original order corrected the problem.
