Can I assume that you didn't even get the Grub menu displayed? That is
where you select which kernel or OS to load.

i tried all the possible changes in the bios settings with help of a hardware
engineer , but nothing worked out
untill i installed WinXP :(

not sure if this would help, but try this:
If you can, in your BIOS settings,
set SATA mode from 'AHCI' (something similar) to 'compatible' , then
try to boot.
