Public bug reported: On a computer of mine, Ubuntu 13.04 was working fine the last time I booted a few days ago. Now I turn on the computer, it shows the usual boot menu, I choose Ubuntu, it shows the Ubuntu splash screen, and then it show a black text screen which says:
