There as been a update for OpenOffice today wich fixes the dependencies
problem.
I don't know if anybody else have the same problem than me but this
time, openoffice.org-common don't want to upgrade and dpkg gives that
error message :
Paramétrage de openoffice.org-common (2.2.1-5ubuntu2) ...

You're right, the new updates today removed libcurl4-gnutls for me and
came up with this error message:
E: openoffice.org-common: subprocess post-installation script returned
error exit status 1
E: openoffice.org-java-common: dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
E: openoffice.org-base:
So that's confirmed, there's a post-installation script problem with the
openoffice.org-common package.
The postinst file in the new package has been modified. The dh_icon
cache section has been changed from :

Bugs,
I got it to work back again by making a little modification in the
postinst file inside the package.
I don't know if that modification is suitable for official packaging but
I gives the information :
I added the option --ignore-theme-index in that part of postinst :
# Automatically added by

into why
See https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/2.2.1-5ubuntu1,
for details

OpenOffice wouldn't launch, so I uninstalled it via Synpatic, and now I
can't install it. I also notice when doing updates that the OpenOffice
updates were 'held back'. Here is what came up with my trying to install
OpenOffice.org from the Gusty repositories...
Synaptic:
openoffice.org:
Depends:
The problem can be temporary fixed by installing manually modified
libcurl4-gnutls and libcurl3-gnutls with dependencies removed.
This can permit the user to reinstall OpenOffice without dependencies
problems until a fix is released.
I put the modified Deb here

I confirm this problem
I manually installed the libcurl3-gnutls package so apt-get uninstalled
libcurl4-gnutls and all OpenOffice with it.
But I can't get OpenOffice back because it depends on libcurl4-gnutls.
libcurl4-gnutls depends on libcurl3-gnutls
libcurl3-gnutls is in conflict with
openoffice.org-core is the package which have the libcurl4-gnutls
dependance.
