I can also confirm the version in saucy-proposed is working.

How do i do this for my laptop, it is a samsung NP270E5E-K04UK and the
keys i am having problems with are the volume keys meaning Fn+F6 = Mute
Fn+F7 = Volume down Fn+F8 = Volume up.
Please help me, i am not really ubuntu savvy (will be eventually ;) )
