environment with the hardware you originally reported against? If so, a
development release live environment test of this issue on this hardware
would be just fine.

As a sidenote, the issue occurs on my system every time I open any
libreoffice application while spotify is open, not just calc. I'll see
if I can reproduce it on Raring and the development release, thank
Diogo Almeida, could you please confirm this issue exists with the latest
development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ . If the issue remains, could you
please run the following command in the development release from a Terminal

Ok, I cannot verify this issue with the latest development release of
Ubuntu, at least not on a different computer, since I cannot afford to
install the daily release on my main pc.
