Public bug reported: Hello,
I upgraded from Raring to Saucy yesterday. This morning I found that logrotate complains about duplicate entries: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate: error: sssd-common:1 duplicate log entry for /var/log/sssd/krb5_child.log Indeed /etc/logrotate.d contains two files that belong to sssd packages: $ dpkg -S /etc/logrotate.d/sssd* sssd: /etc/logrotate.d/sssd sssd-common: /etc/logrotate.d/sssd-common Both files are identical, so one of them is superflouos: $ diff /etc/logrotate.d/sssd* $ ** Affects: sssd (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1249772 Title: sssd packages install the same logrotate file twice with different names To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sssd/+bug/1249772/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
