Public bug reported:

>From the moment i connected the logitech c310 on my (multiboot) desktop i had
>the "error mssage" when booting:
["some numbers here"] 2:3:1 cannot set freq 16000 to ep 0x86

The 2:3:1 was sometimes (but i do not remember in which edition of
ubuntu-lubuntu) 4:3:1, 4:3:2 etc and 16000 was increasing to 24000 32000
and may be more...

If i disconnect the camera, the above message doesnt appear...

Also, i found the same problem on lubuntu 13.04 and i upgraded to lubuntu
13.10, and the problem, still remained.
(I also had lost the sound on lubuntu 13.04 and the upgrade didn't help... ) I
made a fresh install of lubuntu 13.10 and
then, i couldn't choose pulseaudio from guvcview.... (I think another bug), but
this (i think) solved the problem.

So i think the pulseaudio is the problem. (Except of the logitech that
calls my system "unsupported system")...

I will continue my report from other distributions of ubuntu (ubuntu
13.10, lubuntu 12.04).

As a summary, fresh install of lubuntu 13.10 solves th problem (I think
because i cant enable pulseaudio and the system uses portaudio
instead)... But the upgrade didn't

In ubuntu 12.04 i can't find a solution yet and i have tried some compinations
of sound settings throught system settings
guvcviewer controls and skype (that doesn't allow me to change pulseaudio)

Please do not answer for 1 hour... because i want to continue the report
from my other distros
