I suggest you get the latest Gutsy version (which is by the way the
latest upstream sbackup stable version ) and test this bug against it
. Just report the result here so that we can follow this bug.
I confirm that the bug is present also in the Gutsy version.

I am not at home now, so I cannot give you the numbers.
Ubuntu is the latest official one, which is regularly upgraded, so
sbackup should be the latest.
If this is not enough, please let me know and I will try to
well, the version actually should be the feisty one : 0.10.3-0.1
