Not a bug in debootstrap but just a common issue when the repository
server has issue which happens from time to time in Debian ports.

This is not a bug in debootstrap but just an issue with the sh4
repository on ftp.debian-ports.org.
Also, Ubuntu Launchpad is the wrong place to file this bug report as
Ubuntu doesn't support architectures from Debian Ports at all. Such bug
reports belong to Debian, if at all, since it's
Updated qemu to !! and it still fails in the first instance, but now the
second attempt also fails but later on.

This is probably due to a regression somewhere, so I guess I will need
to open a new bug report when I can
