I've downloaded earlier.
1) Double clicked .deb
2) Software Center reported 'Package will brake'
3) Closed Software Center
4) Launched Software Center to uninstall the Virtualbox 4.2
5) Software Center reported broken package and proposed to fix it
6) After clicking yes : crash report generated
