I'm getting network dropping and unable to re establish via-rhine. I was working in bug #1460304 and had upgraded my CPU. Is there more in common with these bugs? I tested both kernels 4.1.0-040100rc6-generic 3.19.0-20-generic A8V-VM Athlon 64 2 dual core 1640.820063] [ cut here

I have tested to add noapic and noacpi to the kernel line and the VIA- RHINE card work fine, but after several minutes the system freezes, first I have got the keyboard and the mouse both usb disconnected and immediately the system freezes. But I think this workaround could work for some people.
