Public bug reported:

After an update has downloaded and the user is presented with the Install 
updates and reboot option.
When pressing the on mako there is always a delay of several second before the 
screen blanks and the process begins.
On Manta the response is instantaneous, so I am wondering why Mako is 
different. Perhaps its just a hardware difference such as disk speed.
Last tried on build 132.
