Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Replace depends ttf-liberation with fonts-liberation
Fixed in debian, no changelog entry.
WARNING: I have not test built this since i am temporarily internet impared,
but we no longer have a delta and debian built fine.

* Disable Notifo notifications, the service has been discontinued.
