It locks up my notebook for a few seconds but does not crash.
The last freeze happened whilst using Gimp.

Although it might be unrelated, I've noticed that Ubuntu One keeps
pausing for some reason, and failing to load correctly. Again, probably
not relevant to this, but it might be.
