Public bug reported:
2.5-3 of kasumi failed to build on the new arm64 platform. Ubuntu
patched the build process to use autotools-dev in 2.5-3ubuntu1 while I
just now uploaded 2.5-4 which uses dh-autoreconf to achieve the same
result. In any case the Ubuntu delta can be dropped. Please go back to
syncing for this package.
