* Switch from upx-ucl-beta to upx-ucl, now that it's out of beta.
* Move to 2.6.24-2 kernels.
* Encapsulate UTF-8 encoding pain differently in
build/util/help-to-gfxboot.py. (The resulting code is longer but I think
the
removal of upx-ucl-beta from the archive is not critical for alpha-2.
d-i's build dep should be changed, though, that's a trivial thing to do.
