Happens me with kino 1.3.4-2.1build2 and Ubuntu 16.04
sudo apt-get purge kino
sudo apt-get install kino

Error related to kino
I tried installing packages one by one, and octave-vrml gave an error:
sudo apt-get install octave-vrml

After trying all packages, I think it is octave-vrml that causes the
problem, all the other packages installed fine. After octave-vrml
failing I tried to install octave-zenity and it told me that it depended
on octave but octave was not configured. Removing octave-vrml and
octave-zenity, I tried
