Public bug reported:

bbswitch no longer works for me in Ubuntu 14.04 (I was using it with
nvidia-prime). Even though the package is installed and no errors are
displayed when installing it, it doesn't work - "/proc/acpi/bbswitch"
doesn't exist at all:

$cat /proc/acpi/bbswitch
cat: /proc/acpi/bbswitch: No such file or directory

And when I try to load it with modprobe I get "modprobe: FATAL: Module
bbswitch not found".
