package libasound2-dev 1.0.27.2-1ubuntu6 failed to install/upgrade:

It seems that the package libasound2-dev:i386 didn't replace all files
from libasound2-dev I needed to remove it first before install i386
version:
sudo apt-get remove libsdl1.2-dev:i386 # because it was broken it keep saying
that I need to run apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get remove
